Restorative Practices: Facilitation of circles, mediations, and group discussions to address conflict and build stronger relationships. Custom Vendor Recommendations: Access to curated guest speakers and vendors, such as: Melissa St. Vil, former women's boxing champion, specializing in anger management and empowerment. Lee Rouson, 2x Super Bowl champion, offering mentorship and leadership training. Teacher & Student Alignment: Teachers complete their own SEL analysis to compare with student feedback, fostering mutual understanding and actionable alignment. Cost: $30,000 per school year Includes all listed services, materials, and up to 10 facilitated sessions.
